How to get started?
1. Give us a call or email. We can chat about how we can serve your individual care requirements.
2. Following our conversation, we can arrange to come and visit you whenever suits you best. We can provide a free needs assessment (no commitment!) and we can discuss in further detail how we can help.
3. After we have carried out a needs assessment, we can together decide on the service we feel will be best suited to you. We will discuss which of our lovely carers would be most appropriate for you. And we can also provide you with a non-obligatory quote, as well as discussing what financial assistance you may be eligible for to help cover your care costs.
4. If you are happy to go ahead, we can then begin providing you with care as soon as you are ready to start!
