Kells Domiciliary Care: About Us
Read on to find out more about us here at Kells Domiciliary Care…
For over 30 years Kells Domiciliary Care has been supplying high-quality care staff for clients in their own homes. Additionally, we provide staff for residential and nursing homes.
Our success has been due to our ability to provide a top quality-driven service.
Our care staff are carefully selected. They must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in working in a health-related environment. References are taken up and professional qualifications are vetted prior to a first placement being offered.
At Kells, we are proud to abide to the following values:
1. Give us a call or email. We can chat about how we can serve your individual care requirements.
2. Following our conversation, we can arrange to come and visit you whenever suits you best. We can provide a free needs assessment (no commitment!) and we can discuss in further detail how we can help.
3. After we have carried out a needs assessment, we can together decide on the service we feel will be best suited to you. We will discuss which of our lovely carers would be most appropriate for you. And we can also provide you with a non-obligatory quote, as well as discussing what financial assistance you may be eligible for to help cover your care costs.
4. If you are happy to go ahead, we can then begin providing you with care as soon as you are ready to start!
We are registered with CQC (Care Quality Commission).
Note: we are not affiliated with the previous entity “Kells Nursing Bureau”, the previous management regime, or any previous subsequent CQC ratings.
