We’re looking for an Office Administrator in North London
Kells Domiciliary Care based in London N13 are recruiting an Office Administrator. This position is Permanent, Full Time, working Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm.
The role requires manning the phone and responding to emails, so excellent phone and email manners are a must, plus reasonable proficiency of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
You will be highly organised and efficient, for a large portion of the role involves responding to enquiries and booking shifts for our care staff.
We are looking for someone that’s not afraid to get stuck in when additional tasks are asked of them, like helping out with marketing, or assisting with staff recruitment.
In times of need we may ask you to step in with non-office based tasks, like assisting our care staff at a client’s home, so you must be willing to obtain your NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
Pay starts at £9 per hour depending on experience, plus bonuses and incentives.
